Week 5!

Week 5!  And only 10 weeks to go! Wow, its going quickly…. If you are following the training plan, here is your activity for this week. 5minute warm up walk, then run for 5 minutes, walk for 3 minutes, run for 5 minutes, walk for 3 minutes and run for 5 minutes. Cool down with a 5 minute walk at the end. This will take you 31 minutes. Good luck everyone!
